Yesterday is gone, tomorrow is not here yet, we only have today. - Mother Teresa

Ps 118- this is the day the Lord has made

Christianity is not a matter of faith only, but of faith triumphing in the presence of doubt. - Watchman Nee

Each time u glory in ur weakness while in the midst of a trial, the power of Christ will overshadow you (see 2 Cor 12:9) - Watchman Nee

2 Corinthians 12:9

New International Version 1984 (NIV1984)

9 But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.

For the rest of my life I’m going to trust that God is always at work in all things, and give him thanks long before my simplest prayers are answered.

Argument; to be won or to be stop?

I used to enjoy engaged in an argument for what so ever matter that I 'think' I have a chance to win it over somebody or make fun of somebody.

However, after countless matches of argument, I realized that I have not won any of it actually. At time when I'm looking back at some of the arguments, I wish I've never enter into it at all and it bring hurt more than reconciliation. Simply I praised God for open my eyes of heart to see the truth now.

Lately, as the Facebook hype has gone into the sky and i have know of people who use Facebook to preach gospel and hence engage into a lot of arguments with those of other religious background. While, we who uphold the Grace of God knew that what we preach is the truth, the only way to everlasting life of abundance. But that doesn't mean we can or will win over them by won over an argument. Even thought we quote everything from bible. This is simply because we are talking about heaven and they talking about earth, two entirely different topic. How to win?

The ultimate thing that God revealed in the bible apart from being saved through the righteousness by faith is wisdom from God. it is the wisdom that God impart in our heart to deal or manage our daily life that include any decision we have to make concerning our life. Of course, how to preach the good news is certainly one of the area that we desperately need the wisdom of God to lead us into it.

This wisdom of God, the Lord called it "a discerning heart" . King Solomon has asked God for a discerning heart and God was so pleased He made King Solomon the most wealthier man on earth until today.

7 “Now, LORD my God, you have made your servant king in place of my father David. But I am only a little child and do not know how to carry out my duties. 8 Your servant is here among the people you have chosen, a great people, too numerous to count or number. 9 So give your servant a discerning heart to govern your people and to distinguish between right and wrong. For who is able to govern this great people of yours?” (1 King 3.7-9, NIV@2010)

WHO

When your car broke down, first thing you think is WHO can help me. Seldom you will ask how or what should i do?

Likewise, when you encounter crisis in your life, best hope is WHO can save you out of it.

Jesus is the only person can saved you from destruction. Received and believed HIM in your HEART and REST assured He will solved your problems. For He said in Psalm 103.4,

4 Who redeems your life from destruction,

Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies,

GRACE

GRACE is neither cheap nor expensive. GRACE is infinity.

Psalm 65:11 (New International Version, ©2010)

11 You crown the year with your bounty,
and your carts overflow with abundance.

The LORD, my GOD CROWN my year with His BOUNTY,
and my carts overflow with ABUNDANCE.

Psalm 128 (New International Version, ©2010)

Psalm 128

A song of ascents.

1 Blessed are all who fear the LORD,
who walk in obedience to him.
2 You will eat the fruit of your labor;
blessings and prosperity will be yours.
3 Your wife will be like a fruitful vine
within your house;
your children will be like olive shoots
around your table.
4 Yes, this will be the blessing
for the man who fears the LORD.

5 May the LORD bless you from Zion;
may you see the prosperity of Jerusalem
all the days of your life.
6 May you live to see your children’s children—
peace be on Israel.

Psalm 23 (New International Version, ©2010)

Psalm 23

A psalm of David.

1 The LORD is my shepherd, I lack nothing.
2 He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters,
3 he refreshes my soul.
He guides me along the right paths
for his name’s sake.
4 Even though I walk
through the darkest valley,
I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
they comfort me.

5 You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies.
You anoint my head with oil;
my cup overflows.
6 Surely your goodness and love will follow me
all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the LORD
forever.
